This method is similar to [!:EmitEvent(EventLevel, string, string, string, object[])] , but requires a unique identifier (such as a <ahref="https://learn.microsoft.com/dotnet/api/system.guid"target="_blank"rel="noopener noreferrer">Guid</a>) to prevent duplicate emissions.
